Contract to Hire
True Source Contract-to-Hire Services act quite similar to our Contract Services, with the exception that the intention of the company is normally to hire the True Source Consultant at a defined point in the future.
Our Contract-to-Hire recruiting model is identical in approach and execution to our Contract Services, the exception lies in the consultant’s contract and end-goal of your company.
Contract-to-Hire Services basically allow our clients (you) to assess the work performance of a Consultant prior to making a formal offer of full-time employment. True Source and your company agree on an hourly bill rate for the Contract period, the date the Consultant will be converted to a regular employee of the company, and a minimum number of hours the Consultant must work as a True Source Consultant prior to conversion.
This approach not only allows your company to ‘test the waters’ with a Consultant but also, allows a Contractor to acclimate to your company prior to converting.
